Refund policy

At Natural Gold, we are committed to delivering premium quality dates that meet the highest standards of freshness and hygiene. Due to the perishable nature of food products, our return and refund policy is designed carefully to ensure fairness and safety.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because dates are food items, we generally do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.

However, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The package was received in a tampered condition

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product received is expired or defective

  • The order is incomplete (missing items)

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video proof

  • Provide your order number and contact details

Failure to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened food packages

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Bulk/wholesale orders unless quality issue is proven

3. Refund Process

If your request is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost
    OR

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refund timelines:

  • Bank transfers: 5–7 business days

  • Credit/Debit card: 7–10 business days

  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Natural Gold reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approval.
