By accessing or purchasing from Natural Gold, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the website

  • Copy content without permission

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However:

  • Minor variations in packaging may occur

  • Product color may slightly vary due to lighting or display differences

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR (or applicable currency)

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (except COD)

4. Order Cancellation

Natural Gold reserves the right to cancel orders if:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Payment is declined

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Incorrect pricing is displayed due to system error

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

5. Limitation of Liability

Natural Gold shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Losses resulting from improper storage after delivery

  • Indirect or incidental damages
